DAY 1

KL-Kansai Airport

Berkumpul di KLIA2 untuk menaiki penerbangan ke Kansai International Airport.

DAY 2

Kansai Airport-Nara (L/D)

Nara Park: Salah satu tempat yang mesti dilawati kerana tarikan di kawasan tersebut yang terdapat rusa-rusa yang jinak dan bebas berkeliaran.
Menunaikan solat di Kyoto Islamic Culture Center dan menjamah makan tengah hari.
Higashiyama District adalah laluan untuk mendaki ke Kiyomizudera Temple di Kyoto. Disini terdapat tempat untuk menyewa Kimono untuk lelaki dan perempuan.
Gion Street ialah daerah geisha paling terkenal di Kyoto. Ia terletak di sekitar Shijo Avenue antara Yasaka Shrine di timur dan Kamo River di barat.
Ninenzaka dipenuhi dengan kedai-kedai yang terdiri daripada kedai cenderamata dan yang menjual pelbagai produk Jepun
Sannenzaka dipenuhi dengan kedai-kedai yang terdiri daripada kedai cenderamata kedai gula-gula dan kraf.
Kiyomizu Temple adalah temple yang terkenal untuk penganut buddha dan terletak di salah satu bukit di kyoto.
Makan malam dan bermalam di Kyoto.

DAY 3

Osaka-Kyoto (B/L/D)

Nishiki Market dikenali sebagai "Kyoto's Kitchen", pasar runcit yang meriah ini mengkhususkan diri dalam semua perkara yang berkaitan dengan makanan, seperti makanan laut segar, hasil bumi, pisau dan alat memasak.
Arashiyama ialah daerah pelancongan yang menyenangkan di pinggir barat Kyot. Arashiyama amat popular semasa musim bunga sakura dan musim gugur.
Jambatan Togetsukyo (Togetsukyo bridge) ialah mercu tanda pusat Arashiyama yang terkenal.
Bamboo Forest ialah tempat paling terkenal di Arashiyama kerana laluan yang membelah rumpun buluh membuatkan boleh berjalan kaki.
Dari Arashiyama akan bertolak ke Osaka dalam masa 1 jam 15 minit.
Makan malam dan bermalam di Osaka.

DAY 4

Osaka (B/L/D)

Melawat Osaka Castle. Osaka Castle adalah salah satu simbol yang mempapar kan bandar Osaka dan mempunyai sejarah yang panjang.
Melawat Osaka Masjid ialah masjid terbesar di Osaka dan terdekat dari bandar Osaka.
Yodobashi Umeda Mall ialah sebuah bangunan tinggi yang menakjubkan di daerah “Kita” di Osaka. Juga dikenali sebagai "Umeda New Town".
Shinsaibashi Street atau dikenali sebagai Dotonbori adalah daerah hiburan yang paling terkenal di bandar ini dan menawarkan pilihan tempat makan dan membeli-belah yang banyak.
Bermalam di Osaka.

DAY 5

Osaka (B)

Tetamu bebas untuk melakukan aktiviti sendiri seperti berhibur di Universal Studio Japan, Tempozan Kaiyukan Aquarium atau menaiki train ke kawasan yang berdekatan.
*Tiket masuk tempat lawatan dan pengangkutan tidak termasuk dalam pakej.
Bermalam di Osaka.

DAY 6

Kansai Aiport-KL

Bertolak ke lapangan terbang untuk penerbangan pulang.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Upon booking of seat : Deposit per person per booking
90 days before group departure : 50% of the total payment
45 days before group departure : Balance of the outstanding payment

If full payment is not received within the stipulated 45 days before departure, Koiman Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. at its sole discretion reserves the right to forfeit the deposit and cancel the booking.

CANCELATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tour packages cancelled less than 45 days before group departure date, cancellation fee will be imposed as follow:
- 75% of the total package price (within 15-45 days before departure)
- 100% of the total package price (within 14 days before departure)
- 100% of the total package price (no show on day of departure)
Cancellation of bookings by the Tour Member must be made in writing via email to Koiman Travel & Tour Sdn. Bhd.
Once Return Ticket has been issued and customer request for cancellation. No refund will be entitled.
Refunds will only be allowed in the case of Death, Hospitalization & valid Medical Reasons supported by a Medical Report from Private/Government Hospital (Medical Report from Clinics are not acceptable), subject to approval.
No refund if any of the item in the package is not utilize fully or partially when tour has departed.

TRAVEL ESSENTIAL

All tour members are encouraged to buy travel insurance to safeguard against sickness, flight delay, lost baggage, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The above rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
Koiman Travel & Tour Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel the package if the number of participants is less than minimum paying passengers.
These packages are under Series Group Departures if the group are below of our minimum paying passengers, we will be informing our customers as our Company SOP 1 Month Before Departure. The customer might choose the optional as per below:
- Postponed travelling
- Refund full amount paid
- Change or postponed to other destination
Koiman Travel & Tour Sdn. Bhd. and its agent reserve the right to change or alter the program and revise fares without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
All flights and hotels are provisional and will be subjected to change until final confirmation.
Not all hotels have rooms for 3 people. Therefore, extra bed or mattress only (subject to hotel) will be added only on twin sharing rooms.
Passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the date of travel.
It is the responsibility of the tour members to ensure that their names are cleared from blacklisted by any regulatory bodies in Malaysia or destination that may prohibit overseas travel or arrival.
Koiman Travel & Tour Sdn. Bhd. will not be held responsible or liable in the event any tour member is denied to travel by the Malaysian Immigration. Tour fares will not be refunded.
All meals mentioned in our program are suitable for Muslim, Except for breakfast which normally will be served based on standard international buffet menu by hotel.

Flight seats and room arrangement for hotel are auto assigned.
