KOIMAN TRAVEL & TOUR SDN BHD is now opening an opportunity for those of you who are qualified to apply for a vacant position as a Travel Operations Assistant.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS :
1. Perform prayers 5 times a day.
2. Minimum STPM / Certificate / Diploma
3. Having experience in the field of travel is an advantage.
4. Honest and integrity in carrying out tasks.
5. Able to comply with established procedures.
6. Healthy body.

JOB SCOPE
1. Making quotation, travel itineraries to the customers.
2. Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, and other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries.
3. Communicating with suppliers & service providers.
4. Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
5. Keeping track of documentation and payments.
